At Leaf and Lustre Mayfair, we put our heart into the creation of every blend. Your satisfaction is at the core of what we do, and we want every cup of tea that you will brew from us to bring you comfort, calm, and delight.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, please get in touch with us. This Refund & Return Policy is designed to outline the procedure for returning, replacing, and refunding products purchased on leafandlustremayfair.co.uk.

1. Eligibility to Returns

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

It should be in an unopened, unused condition and in its original package.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Proof of purchase must be provided, such as your order confirmation email.

Because tea is a perishable item, we do not accept returns on :

Opened or partially used packets of tea.

Products purchased through third-party retailers or resellers.

Items returned after the 14-day window.

If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to section 5. Damaged or Incorrect Items below.

2. How to Request a Return

To begin the return process:

Please return items with your order number, the name of the item(s), and the reason for return.

Once approved, our customer care team will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

Please ensure that the item is well-packed to prevent damage while in transit.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

In that case, we will either cover all return costs or send replacement items completely free of charge.

All shipping fees paid in checkout, including express delivery upgrades, are non-refundable.

4. Refunds Process

After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Once your return is approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

Please note that refunds may take more time, depending on your bank or card provider.

Partial refunds may be issued for items not returned in their original condition or with missing components.

If your return is rejected, for example, due to it being opened or used, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In any case of a damaged or incorrect item being received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at hello@leafandlustremayfair.co.uk

Include:

Your order number

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Where possible, the packaging and shipping label

Once examined, we'll offer one of the solutions to you:

A replacement item, with no extra charge, or

A full refund of your order, which will include shipping charges

We want your experience to remain smooth, and we promise to make things right and stress-free.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently facilitate direct product exchanges. If you would like to replace one item with another, please create a return for the original order and place a new order through our website.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened tea products

Gift cards or e-gift vouchers

Sales or clearance items, unless faulty or damaged

8. Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at hello@leafandlustremayfair.co.uk with your order details.

If an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. It will be considered under our return policy.

9. Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days: Check your bank or credit card account again. Contact your payment provider; the processing time may differ. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please email us at hello@leafandlustremayfair.co.uk and we'll continue without delay.
