Order Processing Time

Orders placed on our website are prepared for shipping within one to three business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your purchase, followed by a shipping notification email once the item has shipped.

During peak seasons or public holidays, there might be slight delays; however, we will always keep you updated should this happen in the event of any extended processing time.

Shipping Cover

Currently, we ship all over the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We also deliver internationally to selected countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, and parts of Europe.

Delivery Timelines

Orders within the UK usually take a few working days to reach customers after dispatch. For international deliveries, it may take a little longer, depending on your country and customs process.

Once your package is shipped, you will be sent a tracking link via email, where you can track the journey of your parcel in real time until it safely reaches your doorstep.
